Sonic '06 Toolkit

Sonic '06 Toolkit is an application that allows you to unpack and repack ARC files in a 7-Zip/WinRAR-style user interface. It's based on the Sonic '06 SDK and uses the same Arctool developed by the ModdingUnderground team. This application simplifies ARC editing for quick and easy modding for Sonic '06. You can also decompile LUB files easily from the unpacked ARC, as well as converting XNO files and their respective XNMs.

To run this application, you must at least have Microsoft Windows XP as it is based on .NET Framework 4.0. Recent statistics show you will need at least 2GB of RAM for ARC repacking with our new compression algorithm.
